    I am always satisfied with their food. They never disappoint. Their Shrimp Lo Mein is my favorite.

    Honestly I have been eating here for over 15 yrs and never had an experience like today. We went to the venue and ordered there we did not call in, only to get home unpack the food and one persons food be missing. My husband was the one to order and pay so he attempted to contact first. After trying to explain to her several times the issue the lady only talked over him never listened basically said i never charged u for the other food that is missing so its not my problem and hung up on him. I called back. She did the same thing to me. I called back 5 more times. only to have her hang up on me. Finally I called again. This time I told her of my previous loyalty to the restaurant. I told her we did not appreciate how she was treating us. I told her I would continue to keep calling and holding up her phone line so she could do no other business for the rest of the night. I was told to bring the food back and they would refund me. When i got there she took the food out the bag put it back into the kitchen in front of us my husbands wings were placed in the fryer as if they had just came up as well as the egg rolls, and the rice was added to what appeared to be someone eases rice cooking in the wok. I am not one to really blast places on sites like this, but this was just over the edge for me. I have never had such a bad experience. Then compound that by breaking every health code rule....I have ran out of words
